About me

I am a craftsman and an artist specializing in modern production katana and Iaito. I have been customizing swords and wrapping tsuka since 2006 and I’ve worked on many projects in that time.

I love working on Japanese style swords and koshirae as well as continuing to learn about the processes, methods, and history of the art. I have been fascinated with tsukamaki since I bought my first katana and proceeded to unwrap the handle, fearing I would never be able to wrap it again. I have since dedicated thousands of hours to learning the craft and still have a lifetime to go
